International orders arrive within 10-20 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items and the destination address. The customer pays all shipping costs. Tsz Ming Limited provides a tracking number for every order. The tracking number is sent to the customer’s email address once the order ships. Tsz Ming Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier service disruptions.

Return Policy

Tsz Ming Limited offers a 14-day return window for all women’s clothing items purchased on wa85.watchhousesale.com. The 14-day period begins on the date the customer receives the delivery. Returns are accepted for any reason. No explanation is required.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage. All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or use are not eligible for a refund. The customer bears the full cost of return shipping. Tsz Ming Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must select a shipping carrier and pay all associated fees.

Refund Process

The refund process follows these sequential steps:

Step 1: The customer initiates a return by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. The email must contain the order number, the full name of the customer, and the list of items to return.

Step 2: Tsz Ming Limited responds within 2 business days with return authorization confirmation and a return reference number. The customer writes this reference number on a piece of paper and places it inside the return package.

Step 3: The customer packs the items securely in the original shipping box or a similar rigid carton. The customer ships the package to the return address provided below. The customer retains the shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

Step 4: Tsz Ming Limited receives the return package and inspects the items within 5 business days of delivery. Inspection verifies that the items meet the eligibility criteria of unworn and unwashed condition with original tags attached.

Step 5: If the items pass inspection, Tsz Ming Limited issues a refund to the original payment method. The refund amount equals the purchase price paid by the customer at checkout. The original shipping cost paid by the customer is not refunded. No restocking fee is applied.

Step 6: The refund appears in the customer’s account according to the following schedule:

  • For credit card payments, the refund is credited within 14 days from the date Tsz Ming Limited issues the refund.

  • For debit card payments, the refund is credited within 14 days from the date Tsz Ming Limited issues the refund.

  • For PayPal payments, the refund is credited within a minimum of 14 days from the date Tsz Ming Limited issues the refund. Certain jurisdictions require a 30-day refund period for PayPal transactions. Tsz Ming Limited complies with all applicable local laws. In jurisdictions mandating a 30-day refund period for PayPal, the refund is credited within 30 days.

If the items fail inspection, Tsz Ming Limited does not issue a refund. The customer may request the items to be shipped back to the customer’s address. The customer pays the shipping cost for the return of rejected items.

The customer must write the order number and the return reference number clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without these numbers may experience processing delays.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page, items that have been washed, items with removed tags, and items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer. No exception applies to these categories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the customer receives a damaged item or an item different from the order, the customer must contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Tsz Ming Limited provides a full refund or a replacement at no cost to the customer. The customer does not pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. Tsz Ming Limited issues a prepaid return label in these cases.
